MVD X-Ray Technologies Inc. ("MVD", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on mvdxraytech.com. This policy explains what we use, why, and how you control it.
Consent comes first
When you first visit this site, a consent banner appears and asks you to choose which categories of cookies you allow.
Until you make a choice, only strictly necessary cookies run. Analytics does not run. Advertising and personalization signals are switched off. This is not a courtesy setting that we apply after the fact - the site is configured so that analytics, advertising, advertising-data and personalization storage are denied by default, before any measurement script is allowed to load. They are enabled only if, and only for the categories that, you accept.
If you decline, or simply close the banner without accepting, non-essential cookies are not set and no analytics data about your visit is sent to us.
What we do not do
We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of you, we do not sell personal information, and we do not use this website to collect any patient information. MVD's products perform quality assurance on dental X-ray equipment using images of a manufactured test object (a phantom). We do not collect, receive or process patient records, patient radiographs, or patient health information - on this website or in our products.
Categories we offer
Strictly necessary. Required for the site to work and to stay secure. These run without consent because the site cannot function without them, and they cannot be switched off through the banner.
Analytics. Aggregate measurement of how the site is used - which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, where they leave. Off unless you accept.
Functional. Remembering preferences such as language so the site behaves consistently on return visits. Off unless you accept.
Advertising. Cookies and signals used for advertising measurement and personalization. Off unless you accept.
We do not currently use any advertising cookies on this site. There are no advertising or retargeting tags on mvdxraytech.com. The advertising category is offered, and the corresponding signals are denied by default, so that your choice is already recorded and honoured if that ever changes. The social media links in our footer are ordinary links to our profiles, not tracking pixels.

We keep this table under review. Cookie names and lifetimes are set by the providers and can change; if you find something on this site that is not described here, tell us at info@mvdxraytech.com and we will correct it.
reCAPTCHA - plainly stated
We treat reCAPTCHA as strictly necessary and it is therefore not gated behind consent. We think you should know exactly what that means: it is a Google service, it sets a Google cookie, and it observes how you interact with the page in order to score whether you are a person or a bot. We use it only for that purpose. We do not receive or use the score for anything other than protecting our forms, and we do not use it for advertising or analytics.
Changing or withdrawing your consent
You can change your mind at any time.
• Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and change your categories.
• Withdrawing consent takes effect immediately for future collection. Cookies already set can be cleared through your browser.
• You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
Your choice is stored in a cookie on your own device, so clearing your cookies will also clear your choice and the banner will ask again.
